Does Admin Blend Template supports Child Theme?

Hi everyone,

I didn't find in documentation and I wonder if admin Blend Template supports Child Themes in order to customize some menu items and also receive updates to the parent theme?

Just spent the last hour searching and couldn't find an answer to this. Was wanting to customize the viewticket.tpl in the Blend theme. @Flaviu did you ever find an answer to this?
