Does delete client remove on server also?

Hi,

 

I'm just playing with the 15 day version. I imported the accounts from one of my servers but want to delete them again so clints won't get any emails if I do something wrong.

When I click on the client and click DELETE CLIENT it removes the client.

Will this delete the account on the server as well. It hasen't done it so far but I'm scared the cron tomight might do.

I don't want to wake up and have all accounts on the server deleted

Clicking the Delete Client link on the Clients Summary page does not remove any hosting accounts from the server.

So you would first have to remove the hosting account and then delete the client?

 

How can I delete a hosting account, without deleting the client?

Go into their Products/Services and Terminate the account. That will take it off the server but not affect the clients status in WHMCS.
