sholman Posted January 9, 2008 Share Posted January 9, 2008 I have my shared accounts setup against one server and the usage is showing ie 100/500 and they are showing on the server revenue forecast report, however my reseller server isn't. I'm not sure why it isn't including these packages against the server. From what I can see both servers are setup almost the same. The only difference is that on the reseller packages / server settings there is a Reseller Plan ID but not a Package ID. I tried putting in a dummy Package ID but it doesn't make any difference.
