pikerr Posted March 7, 2022 Share Posted March 7, 2022 Dear All, Im trying to set Read Only Access for support ticketing , from what I understand under Administrator Role ( as per screenshot attached) Open New Ticket Delete Ticket Any option which allow me to set to prevent 1) reply to the customer in the tickets. 2) close the ticket?
