The email /account is created on my WHMCs, but when they try to log, says the user / email doesnt exist... I checked the ip and email to see if its banned, and is not... dsaunier Posted January 17, 2008 Share Posted January 17, 2008 Could *you* log in as them with their UN and PW from another test machine ? Or they copying / pasting infos ? If not it might be a typo or I mistaken for an L etc, and if they are they should make space an extra whitespace is not copied by mistake.
