Can anyone help me how to hide fields in register and order page?

You can disable the registration page from the General settings. As for disabling it on the checkout pages you would need to edit the order templates.

I think what you want is only to allow registered users to checkout. And only ask them for the login details?

If you disable the registration from the general settings, people cannot register directly using register.php but they still can register by ordering something. Strangely WHMCS does not have any setting to completely disable new user registration it seems. Assuming you register people manually and only want to allow registered users to order.
