faisal
Hi I want to do some changes in the prices of all my hosting plans, so after I do that what will happen to the current clients? I want them to be changed with the new price when the next renewal fee. Is that possible? Thanks in advance...
chickendippers
I don't think so, it's probably quickest to just do a mass find/replace to your database.
faisal
Thanks for reply I have more than 30 Products, and every one can be charged in Monthly or Quarterly or Semi-Annually or Annually and I have hundreds of clients I want to change the price for the most of my products some of the price go Up and some go Down. the current clients must be changed with the new price when the next renewal Invoice this must be editable from admin area not from the DB I think the best way that if I change the product price, It will change the Recurring Amount for the next Billing Cycle for the clients
othellotech
Changing the prices of your products will have no impact on *existing* pricing used for live orders, neither shoudl it (by default) If you want to change price for a single client , go into that client, change the pproduct, change it back and select "recalculate price", or simply overtype the recurring amount. If you want to change all clients for that product you will need to do a small bit of mysql between each price change An "apply new price" function would be nice - and with teh admin add-on/developments featire shouldn't be too hard to get someone to write or pay WHMCS for
