eugenevdm
I have been holding out for a while to come to this part of the forum. Over the last 9 months I have had the opportunity to put WHMCS through it's paces and integrate it into our existing hosting environment that consists of about 2000 clients and thousands of services such as Domain Registration, Web hosting, ADSL and Wireless Internet access, etc. I would like to state the following: * WHMCS is by far the best billing application that I have ever worked with after having evaluated many other products over a period of about 18 months * The UI is clean. The UI is fast. The UI is responsive and you get what you want when you want it, quickly. My staff loves it * Sure there are little issues here and there but for the most part it's bug free. Issues get addressed * I have never had the privilege to work with a developer that is as responsive at Matt * The application is keeping up with the times and with each release well-thought of new features are introduced * It's an great price for a excellent app Now I'm starting to use WHMCS for the serious stuff, building my own custom addon modules for our debit order / banking systems. This seems to be a part of the application that has really been well thought of. Giving us mere mortals the power and flexibility to extend it. Kudos to the Addon Modules extension. Kudos to the Server extensions. Kudos to the Registrar extensions. And because WHMCS is so simple and easy to use extending it becomes a real pleasure. The only place where I wish for improvement is closer integration with Plesk. This is for things such as overuse billing, upgrades and downgrades, user, domain and package synchronisation etc. In theory these modules can be created by the community using the AddOn Module functionality, but I'd prefer to use something developed by WHMCS. For the rest I have just a very big Thank you! Eugene van der Merwe Founder and CEO Snowball Effect http://www.snowball.co.za/
