rodb Posted October 19, 2021 Share Posted October 19, 2021 We are currently using PayPal Website Payments Pro for our payments gateway but need to change it up as we cannot change/update our clients credit card numbers using thier tokenized method. We are now considering changing to a gateway solution called Global Payments Inc. (globalpaymentsinc.com) as we understand they work with WHMCS but you have to use with Authorize.net module from what I read in another post (but not sure if that's accurate or not). If anyone has any experience using this gateway we'd greatly appreciate hearing about it. It's a very big move to migrate over to another provider after many years of building our clients, so we need to make sure we're making the right move. We're open to other gateway suggestions if anyone has one. In our case we don't store client card details on our server, so we need some sort of tokenization method, but we also need the ability for us (and our clients) to be able to easily login via WHMCS and change or update their card details at any time, whether they have an invoice due or not. We're unable to do this now so we have to use a work-around method but its a pain to do each time. We also want to deal with a company that has excellent tech support. If there are ever any issues with the gateway we want to be sure they have the ability to support us quickly (paid support is fine).
