  1. Hello, I am hoping someone can help me I am trying to add the trusted site identity protection and it wants me to add some code <script src="https://cdn.ywxi.net/js/conversion.js" class="trustedsite-track-conversion" data-type="purchase" data-orderid="[1234]" data-amount="[74.99]" data-email="[john_doe@domain.com]" data-firstname="[John]" data-lastname="[Doe]" data-country="[US]" ></script> I need to make things like the order number, amount, email and such become the customers. If someone could either point me to documentation that shows me what variables I can put in those places that will get passed through, also where would the best place to put that code once I get the variables put in. I thank you in advance for any help.
  2. Hello all I am Jonathan with We Rock Hosting, WHMCS is a wonderful billing software and I love it, this is my second time using it with companies, and I am glad they are around. I have already gotten help here once this time around and everyone is amazing. I only hope that I will be able to help others like they are helping me.
  3. In some testing the upgrade/downgrade feature to see if I configured it right, I approved an invoice, now it shows that in the in money I have made. I don't want that to obscure the actual profits and stuff in the system. Is there a way I can reset that, I have deleted the invoice, I have tried everywhere I can think of to find where it would be finding that number if anyone could give me any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for any help in advance.
  4. thank you both for the reply I will look at the add-on and ChrisD yes if you want to move this over to that community it would be appreciated. Thank you both for your help.
  5. Hello, thank you everyone in advance for any suggestions you can help with. I was wondering if there is a way either through an add-on or already built into WHMCS to offer discounts to people who choose autopay vs not. I do not want to force auto pay but would like to offer a discount if you choose it, I can think of a couple of ways just wondering if there are any easier ways. The ways I have through of. 1. Create two of the same products, one forcing auto and one not and making the one forcing auto have the discount. 2. Create a promotion and apply it manual to those who are on auto pay. The second one seems tedious as you would have to check and verify that they are still on it and remove the promotion if they remove autopay. Any help would be appreciated and again thank you in advance.
