ithosts Posted January 2, 2008 Share Posted January 2, 2008 I have just recently gotten a Psigate account and have activated it as a payment gateway. One of my customers has tried 3 times to pay their invoice with Visa, but the card keeps coming back as transaction declined. It is not a funds issue, so I assume there is a problem with the gateway somehow. How can I find out what the problem is? I am using Version 3.4.1, and I am in Canada.
