If we can be of any more assistance, please don't hesitate to get back in contact." Has any user out there found a true solution? Moving to a different OS did not help me at all. I am not getting any support from software support and I really need to get this done.

Here's the issue I have now. After listening to suggestions from WHMCS on how the problem was "a server issue based on CentOs 6.5 + OpenSSL", I became desperate. With no-one able to offer a true solution, I asked WHMCS support if I switched to a new server running CentOs 5 if this would solve the issue. They assured me this would indeed fix the problem. So, last night, I paid for a new domain, migration and testing to ensure that my domain was all working. I then modified the nameservers to point to the new dedicated ip on the new server. I update my WHMCS license on the new server ip, so far all is fine. I goto my process CC link and voila! NO DIFFERENCE. I get the exact same error as before! If the issue is indeed because of CentOS 6.5, why does it not work still?

Hello. I am having the very same issue. My support team has explicitly warned against downgrading OpenSSL. Psigate has provided a fix but I can't have it implemented. How can I do business without being able to process credit cards?

Hello. I hope this is not an inappropriate request. I am actually looking for someone that is familiar with setting up WHMCS on a Windows 2008 R2 server. I know that ioncube has to be installed, etc but would prefer if I could hire someone that is familiar and comfortable with the complete install. I know the WHMCS install is very simple and I have done it before but the windows server is causing me grief. I "own" the server and do have full Administrator access. I should note the server is running Plesk as well. So, if you are familiar with the Windows server 2008 R2 and can help, please do contact me. Thanks.

Psigate does work in Canada and integrates directly into WHMCS. Their rates are a little high though.

When I goto the client area as above, I see the following: Nameservers (current nameservers) Registrar Lock and Management tools. Am I missing something?

A Cusomter has registered their domain name with Directi. Is there a way to register custom nameservers using directi? For example, for http://www.domain.com I want to register ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com. I already have static ips for this domain on their dedicated server. Thanks.

Hello, I have a customer that attempted to transfer his domain through my WHMCS. Everything seemed to go fine except the transfer didn't take place. The error I see is An Error Occured Domain Registration Error - Domain Secret should be 6 to32 characters long This customer has lost his login details to tucows and is not aware of a domain secret. What exactly are we looking for here? Thanks.

I am having an issue when the emailed invoices are sent out. My client will get the invoice link, but it does not show the "s" from https in the email. When you click on the link it does open up to the secure area, but a couple of my clients are concerned. Is there a way I can updat the invoicelink field to show the proper secure url? I have just recently gotten a Psigate account and have activated it as a payment gateway. One of my customers has tried 3 times to pay their invoice with Visa, but the card keeps coming back as transaction declined. It is not a funds issue, so I assume there is a problem with the gateway somehow. How can I find out what the problem is? I am using Version 3.4.1, and I am in Canada. I see that there is a test mode under Psigate, how does this work? Thanks.

Hello, I am wondering if Versypay can be setup as a payment option for Credit card processing? I am not sure how the credit card side of things work on WHMCS. What would I need to know to add them?

I just had you upgrade me to v 3.4.0, but now Paypal Subscriptions has disappeared as a payment option. It was one of my 3 active choices, now that is gone, and I can't add it from the list either.
