pKris Posted July 9, 2021 Share Posted July 9, 2021 I'm attempting to integrate(ish) my phone system with WHMCS, currently I have the option when the phone rings from an inbound call to pass a URL to Chrome and have it open the contact record - right now that's Hubspot; however, for the bulk of our staff this is useless and having it open the WHMCS profile would be more useful. Is it feasible to perform a customer search by phone number through a URL, such as https://whmcs.url/admin/clients.php?phonenumber=1234567890 or something? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
steven99 Posted July 9, 2021 Share Posted July 9, 2021 The client search expects a POST and so passing the phone number in a get wont work.
