POP3 Connection Error Emails

Hi,

 

We are getting completely random POP3 Connection Error emails.  We are using 8.2.0  and it is connecting to Office 365. Everything works perfect it imports the emails and send replies correctly.  But we get this random email.

 

 

Are we able to disable this notification please? Our cron looks like this:

I've omitted the root path for security reasons.

Does anyone know how to stop these?

Unfortunately we get the same sort of thing at random times. Could go weeks without getting them, and then could get them every time the cron job runs for an hour or a few times in a row and then maybe the next day. It may just be packet loss, or it could even be it's hitting one of their servers that doesn't have the correct login details (not synchronised with the main server). Pretty much just floundering around in the pool 😞
