ghpk
you can leave blank the nameservers option. If you specify a non-existing domain name as ns1 and ns2 reseller club would not let you process the order.
directhostinguk
I have the same issue, DOTNETPANEL is able to register domains fine with DIRECTI but WHM can't. Domain Registration Error - NameServer ns2.yourdomain.com is not a valid Nameserver if I change ns2 to ns1 and ns1 to ns2 it returns the same error but this time it's ns1.yourdomain.com that isn't valid. It seems whatever you put in the ns2 field doesn’t work.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 8, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 8, 2008 When using test mode with DirectI you can only use two nameservers. And they are ns1.onlyfordemo.net and ns2.onlyfordemo.net. You cannot use your own nameservers or any others in their testing environment. Matt
directhostinguk
Is there anyway you can hard code it so it overrides what the user has specified when DIRECTI is in demo mode.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 8, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 8, 2008 I think most people would think it's just not working correctly if a domain registered with different nameservers to what they entered. The DirectI knowledgebase is packed with information on how to use their system and does explain you can only use these nameservers in the testing guides. surajkrishnan
visit dnschecker.org check the name servers for your domain on which the server is hosted/linked apply that to the domain tab in the general setting of the WHMCS 8.0 above Also set this to the domain name in the client name.
