i tested WHMCs with demo account from Resellerclub, im sure that every configs are setuped correctly, parentid, customer id, add funds...etc

but whenever i tried to accept a pending order, i get this :

Domain Registrar Error

Domain Registration Error - NameServer ns2.mydomain.com is not a valid Nameserver

i contacted Matt and he said that i should contact Resellerclub for setting up nameserver correctly. i contacted Resellerclub support and they said everything is fine at their end and suggest me asking WHMCS

im confused now ! anyone here who know how to fix this problem?

appreciate for any help.. thanks a lot

I have the same issue, DOTNETPANEL is able to register domains fine with DIRECTI but WHM can't.

Domain Registration Error - NameServer ns2.yourdomain.com is not a valid Nameserver

if I change ns2 to ns1 and ns1 to ns2 it returns the same error but this time it's ns1.yourdomain.com that isn't valid.

It seems whatever you put in the ns2 field doesn’t work.

When using test mode with DirectI you can only use two nameservers. And they are ns1.onlyfordemo.net and ns2.onlyfordemo.net. You cannot use your own nameservers or any others in their testing environment.

I think most people would think it's just not working correctly if a domain registered with different nameservers to what they entered. The DirectI knowledgebase is packed with information on how to use their system and does explain you can only use these nameservers in the testing guides.
