PPH Posted December 31, 2007 Share Posted December 31, 2007 Is anyone else having problems with PP subscriptions that are active not being charged on time? We just had an account auto suspended after 3 days and found they still have an active subscription but no payment has been attempted yet. I've had an reply two weeks after a query I emailed in which, of course, completely failed to answer the question I'd asked. Well I haven't needed to contact support much since Ebay took over but was usually satisfied before. The subscription has been coming out on the 29th and I understand about that single day late as it's the way PP works But here it is on the 31st, the subscription shows activve, but no attempts at charging have been made! 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

PPH Posted December 31, 2007 Author Share Posted December 31, 2007 I finally called an got a real non offshore person that said they have a small amount of accounts experiencing the problem and will have it corrected within the next week or 2!!
