Mail cannot be sent until this error is resolved. Visit https://sendgrid.com/docs/for-developers/sending-email/sender-identity/ to see the Sender Identity requirements. Hey, I set-up sendgrid API Key everything is working fine unless I use my account to answer tickets and close tickets. My account email address is using my correct domain email. steven99 Posted March 23, 2021 Share Posted March 23, 2021 Double check the support department's email is set to the new domain and not the old one.
