domain purchased via whmcs not creating appropriate resellerclub account

hi I am new to resellerclub and have only done a transfer previous to this.

i created an account and bought a domain for my client via my whmcs.

Resellerclub integration appears normal and i have ample funds. Domain registration prices synch accordingly as well. Unfortunately the new account does not appear on the resellerclub panel. Spoke with resellerclub support they asked me to ask over whmcs. They asked me to try again so i deleted my clients domain from my whmcs and created it again to no avail. I had to buy it manually on their panel there as i need this domain to start a project. Please advise what to do thank you.

any chance you were using a resellerclub test registration server rather than a "real" one ?

have you marked the invoice as paid?

also, your better solution might be to open a ticket with support directly - they might visit here and reply, but contacting them directly would be better - especially as you have waited 5 days to have you post here reviewed.

this issue was resolved it was a simple matter of choosing the reseller on the client section. I missed that but I assumed that would have been automatic.
