Ulises Gomez
Hello Everyone, I am having a really big issue. I have currently setup my first installation of WHMCS (after following a guide) and everything seems to be working except for the most important thing. When an user goes to my site and registers and pays for a new hosting package, the system does not automatically create the account and sends the info to the new user. It instead gives me a browser error and after i go to the back end, i can't activate the new account because I get the error in the attached image. I then head to whm and the domain is in fact showing, but whmcs can't recognized that it created it itself. not sure what to do.
WHMCS Dan
This indicates the account has already been created which is why you are getting an error - you're trying to create a duplicate cPanel account in WHM. To resolve this I'd suggest simply setting the service to 'Active' in WHMCS - you can do this by clicking 'Shared Hosting' from the order view > change status > save changes. Hope this helps 🙂
sitedata
Alternatively, you can simply remove the tick in "Run Module Create" box and accept the order, which will automatically set service to "Active". It is also possible to send the Welcome Email at this time based on value of "Send Welcome Email" tick box.
