V8,1: cart.php redirecting to /store

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I have strange behavior with ordering cart.

When I place an order can see the link is as https://access.mydomain.com/cart.php?a=add&pid=88  but it's redirecting to https://access.mydomain.com/store/my-cloud-servers/88 and cannot place the order.  But when I have given the URL with cart template https://access.mydomain.com/store/my-cloud-servers/?carttpl=standard_cart and place the order correctly going to the ordering link https://access.mydomain.com/cart.php?a=add&pid=88 and can place the order.

Again If do such process in new browser or next day, same thing is happening .. So is it related to caching issues or redirection issues ?

Thanks in advance,

Br, Navas

Hello ..

This issue is solved by ourselves .. We need to change the CART template settings both in General Settings as well against each product group setting as well .. done it and working perfectly.

BTw, spent lot of time with WHMCS official support by providing admin user name and password and did not get proper response, one support person replied it's because of custom theme issues so to check with that theme developers though the issue was there with SIX theme as well .. again another reply got it's strange issue maay be caching or .htaccess issues ...

Anyway solved it now !
