Using Multiple Domains with Tickets doesn't work

Over time, I've changed domains - But I keep the old domain, and park it on the new one.


i.e. myolddomain.tld shows the same as mynewdomain.tld


When using the Tickets, it rejects email sent to myolddomain.tld, saying that a department doesn't exist (email to sales@mynewdomain.tld goes to the same mailbox as sales@myolddomain.tld)
