DeanClinton
Over time, I've changed domains - But I keep the old domain, and park it on the new one. i.e. myolddomain.tld shows the same as mynewdomain.tld When using the Tickets, it rejects email sent to myolddomain.tld, saying that a department doesn't exist (email to sales@mynewdomain.tld goes to the same mailbox as sales@myolddomain.tld)

DeanClinton
No, LXAdmin. I've even removed the domain and added it as it's own hosting account and forwarded the mail via forwarders, and they still dont get entered into the desk sales@mynewdomain.tld = Success! sales@myolddomain.tld = "Department Not Found" Error

scurrell
We also tried forwards, and it didn't work. We ended up creating another department just so we could receive mails sent to the old address.
