We creating subdomains like domain.test.co, domain2.test.co. We need say to WHMCS: test.co is TLD (domain extensions llike .com). We will let them use this when creating a web hosting order. We will let them use this when creating a web hosting order. the simpler solution would be to just enable the subdomain option in your product's setup.... add your domain to the subdomain options and users will be able to choose a subdomain of it during ordering. https://docs.whmcs.com/Products_and_Services#Other Quote Subdomain Options — Enter a domain in the format ".yourdomain.com" if you want to offer a free subdomain option for the domain at signup. You can offer more than one by entering a comma separated list (for example, ".yourdomain.com,.yourdomain.net"). ... and in general settings -> other, you can edit the list of banned subdomain prefixes to ensure that users can't choose subdomains that you wouldn't want them to. https://docs.whmcs.com/Other_Tab#Banned_Subdomain_Prefixes Quote This setting is used to prevent orders being placed using any of the subdomains listed within the field for products with the free subdomain option enabled. Add new subdomains to block in a comma separated list. For example the default values will block users from placing orders using a subdomain such as ftp.yourdomain.com.
