Posted December 12, 2020 Share Posted December 12, 2020 I suspect you'll probably have to open a ticket with Support... if you get your license directly from WHMCS (login required) - https://www.whmcs.com/support/ if you get your license from a reseller / host (no login required) - https://www.whmcs.com/reseller-support/ or post a link to your WHMCS site so we can get some idea of what you're seeing (or not seeing)... natively, WHMCS shouldn't do what you're seeing, so there must be something else in play - now that could be a custom template, hook or configuration tweak - really difficult to guess without seeing. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
