how allowed to use any domain type when using existing domain

When a client use his own existing domain with my host, they are only allowed to use

.com  |  .net  |  .org  |  .biz  |  .info      domains only, how do i fix that

have you added domain pricing for TLDs other than the above 5 ?

also, that looks to be a custom orderform template, so that might be having an impact on choice too.
