Toggle features that clients can access in WHMCS

We don't want clients messing with their name servers unless they notify us and then we make the change for them. This is because if they repoint their domain to another hosting company, WHMCS dutifully continues to charge them for hosting. To work around this we've disabled many of the domain features via the Template files.

Other clients use us for their domain name only and have a legit reason to point their domain elsewhere.

Right now, changing name servers is a manual process that we have to perform for all clients. It would be nice to enable this feature for "some" clients who understand how all this works.

Another thing we do is put our own special email address on all domain registrations. This is because the registrars send confusing renewal warnings long before we want them to. We have WHMCS do this. To prevent clients from modifying the domain registration email address, we have removed this feature via the Template files. Again, it would be nice to allow this feature for "some" clients who understand it.

These are just two examples of items that we'd like to have more control over via the GUI rather than modifying the template files every time there's an upgrade.

Thanks in advance,
Thomas Leo
