Because developers usually don't work for free 😁 The reason they told you to post here is that technical support in WHMCS does not cover programming or website development. This is a free community, nobody is paid here to help others. Someone might help you if ask nicely or someone might never reply because this is done on a voluntary basis. We are just other WHMCS customers that help each other out here. There is no guarantee someone will reply or help you out.
