javacafe12
I offer only web hosting (but no domain name registration) through my WHMCS. All is fine when the TLDs for the domain name specified for hosting are the common ones — .com, .org, .info, and so forth. Even .uk works, it seems. However, when a client tried to order hosting with a .monster TLD, he received the following error message — "The domain you entered is not valid." Here is an illustrative screenshot: https://prnt.sc/v93g0l Can you advise me on a remedy for this? Thank you. JC.
javacafe12
It seems that I cannot even list the .monster TLD as a domain name for sale (registration) either! Is it blacklisted or something? JC.

WHMCS wouldn't stop you from listing it, but you might need to create/edit a custom file if your registrar lookup option doesn't support .monster and it's relying on WHOIS to lookup results... for which an entry wouldn't exist by default for .monster https://docs.whmcs.com/WHOIS_Servers [ { "extensions": ".monster", "uri": "socket://whois.nic.monster", "available": "DOMAIN NOT FOUND" } ] also, it's a CentralNIC domain so try not to hammer (too many over too short a period) lookups otherwise your server IP might get clocked to their whois servers - though if you're not selling domain registrations direct, that would be highly unlikely to ever occur.
