Faizal1 Posted October 12, 2020 Share Posted October 12, 2020 (edited) Hi, Looking at the Annual Income Report for 2020, there are no entries from May to September even though there was income in those months. Any idea what would cause this? tblaccounts also seems to be missing this data. Also, should the Total Invoice Amount field in the Sales Tax Liability report match the Balance amount listed at the bottom of the Annual Income Report normally? Faizal1 Posted October 13, 2020 Author Share Posted October 13, 2020 (edited) Update: Both issues are now resolved. I tracked it down using daily db backups and the data went missing the day I upgraded to v8 of Whmcs. Was able to insert the missing data after extensive comparisons of backup files to make sure nothing else was missing etc. Report #'s also match up now.
