xyzulu Posted October 10, 2020 Share Posted October 10, 2020 (edited) So, from this page: admin/index.php/admin/client/*****/tickets I always see tickets listed with the oldest one first. This is the exact opposite of what I would consider to be intuitive. I know I can reverse the order, and sort the columns.. but is there a way to set this to always list the newest ticket first? Perhaps I have missed something simple here...
