Adding a button/switch to secondary navbar

Dear WHMCS Community,

Currently I'm learning hooks and I was wondering if the following is possible:

I want to have a button or switch on the right side of the secondary menu, next to the dropdown user menu. How can I do this with a hook?

Thank you in advance.

Kind regards,

Richard

basically, it's the hook below...

though you may have to change the order value from 0 to 10 to move it to the right of the Account menu...
