SIM
I have signed up to my website as a client. When I login my client area on my website after some moments of leaving the website or the page I am logged out. I want to keep customer logged in as long as they don't logout. Can anyone tell me what could be causing the logout and how to fix?
Wouter0100
There is an older post available here that provides a possible fix this issue. Have you looked at: Ticking Setup > General Settings > Security tab > Disable Session IP Check Increase the php.ini-variable `session.gc_maxlifetime` Edited August 8, 2020 by Wouter0100

This behaviour commonly occurs when Trusted Proxys have not been configured with CloudFlare (or other proxy) IPs causing session issues. https://docs.whmcs.com/Trusted_Proxy_Settings
