Error: Call to a member function getSensitiveDataAttributeName()

Recommended Posts

Hello

I first got this error when I merged two WHMCS together and I ran the Hotfix CORE-14659 at https://whmcs.community/files/file/133-core-14659-call-to-a-member-function-isrecurring-on-null/ and a fixed most of the errors I was getting however when I go to eat open one clients profile I get the below error.

Client was on both my WHMCS and currently has three services, Any help would be much appreciated, however I have another client folder that wouldn't open and I've only had one service with me.

May sound ridiculous but I have 1300 clients and only two of them I can't access and they're both active clients

how did you merge the installs - was it via ImportAssist or another way ?

I think as Chris said in your invoices thread, you're probably better off opening a ticket with Support about this.

I would suspect that it's just a minor database corruption caused by the merger (not necessarily to do with the hotfix) and further tinkering on your part could just make the situation worse - so letting someone inspect the database tables, logs etc and try to undo any damage caused by the merger would be a good step.
