Bang Media
Hi all. We are a digital agency that offer website design services. with every website we offer 1 year of free hosting to every single client but we do not sell hosting individually without having a website built. As such, we do not offer hosting plans on our website or any way to purchase them as it is something that we prefer to control internally. I would like to know if there is an easy way to make the first year of hosting free and automatically send a renewal email after 12 months? Also, I would like to avoid sending the client an initial email as the first year is free and only send them a renewal notice after 12 months. All clients and hosting plans will be entered into WHMCS ourselves so the client does not have to bother with this. Hopefully someone has a good way of doing this. 🙂
