raj@sbglobal.info
Hi, I can't add new clients after migrate server into vps Have tried both manually in admin and by adding a new order in order form but it looks like the data isn't stored in the databaas. When I try manually i get the message "Client ID not found". Any suggestions?
yggdrasil
What do the server logs show (PHP)? If this is a database problem you might contact your server administrator to check if the import was successful, it seems to me it was not.
raj@sbglobal.info
whmc support team replied my ticket as : Hi Raj, Thanks for contacting WHMCS, I'll be happy to assist with your query today. I have checked your installation and it appears that you are currently running WHMCS v5.3.13. As this version reached end-of-life on October 31, 2015, our team will be limited on the level of support we are able to offer; I would recommend reading our Top Tips for a Seamless Upgrade blog post at https://blog.whmcs.com/133532/our-top-tips-for-a-seamless-update and putting a plan together to upgrade to the latest version of WHMCS (v7.10.2) as soon as possible, so that you can continue to benefit from continued improvements, bug fixes and security updates. That said, I have checked your system activity log at Utilities > Logs > Activity Log and can see several SQL errors logged when trying to add or manipulate data within your WHMCS database. Whilst we cannot advise on specifics of database management, I would recommend checking that you have disabled MySQL 'Strict Mode' as this is known to cause issues such as these with all versions of WHMCS. Please also compare your new VPS environment to the system requirements for WHMCS v5.x at https://docs.whmcs.com/Version_5.x_System_Requirements In the meantime if I can be of any further help, please don't hesitate to let me know. Kind regards, -- Jay Everall Technical Analyst I WHMCS, Ltd.
