Hello,

 

We are facing this issue with blockchain payment gateway with any invoices now

" Can't receive payment. Please try another payment method or open a ticket. "

 

I don't know what is exactly an issue here ,

 

I have an API and the xPub from blockchain and the same issue still here.

 

Any help will be appreciated.

have you contacted the developer of the payment gateway to see what they say ?

have you recently updated WHMCS ? if so, is the gateway still compatible with WHMCS or is it an issue with the underlying API?

The plugin have the same issues with 2 different whmcs versions 7.9 and 7.10.2

 

It was working on 7.9 and then stopped working So i upgraded whmcs to the latest version 7.10.2 and the same issue here.

if it's a third-party addon, my first thought wouldn't be to update WHMCS without first checking if there was an equivalent update for the addon.

have you contacted the developer to see if there is an update ?
