About the list of registrars

I'm stuck. I can't find where the list of registrars in the selection is, in Client Profile > Domain tab. In my case, I am referring specifically to Directi.

In Setup > Products/Services > Domain Registrars, Directi does not exist.

isn't it a Logicboxes registrar, therefore it will use one of the resellerclub registrars (so if you're already using RC, then use stargate, NEO etc).

did you previously have it enabled ?

Yes, i had it enabled, years ago. But now Directi is not enabled and there is no domain with Directi as a registrar.

if you previously used it, then there will likely be references to it in the tblregistrars database table (e.g username, password etc).

if you are 100% sure that you aren't using the registrar and no domains are assigned to them, then removing any entries in that table for directi should remove it from the dropdown list.
