snake Posted May 6, 2020 Share Posted May 6, 2020 I enabled several marketplace products a few months ago (Sitelock, weebly, etc) and have just noticed that none of the welcome emails were enabled for either the products or the addons. Issue 1. Is this intentional behaviour or a big? It seems odd that it wouldn;t enable these since they are required for customers to use and configure these services. Issue 2. So I have no tried to go and manually enable the welcome email, which I have done for the ADDONS, but for the products the relevant welcome emails are not visible in the dropdown list for ANY of the marketplace products. Issue 3. I obviously now need to send the wleocme email to the customers who never received it. So I select the product addon in the customers account, then click resend welcome email. But it is sending the welcome email for the parent product instead of the welcome email for the addon. I have to manually choos ethe email to send from the dropdown list instead. Issue 4. Some of the welcome emails are sending with all the formatting removed. I.e. everything is on one line, no carriage returns, so is unreadable for the client.
