nabbello
Hello, sometimes, when a client open a ticket for cms issues, forgot to add credential in the custom fields. We need somethings to ask credential in a ticket reply, custom field in encrypted data if possibile. There is some way? Thanks

There is some way? assuming your cms issues are directed to a specific support department, you could make those custom fields required so that they have to be filled in. with regards to encrypting custom field data, WHMCS doesn't do that out of the box - you would need a third party addon such as Ticket Sensitive Data to store those details in an encrypted manner... there are alternative options in Marketplace, but TSD is the only one marked as compatible with v7.9
