Posted February 21, 2020 Share Posted February 21, 2020 possibly you have the "Block Existing Domains" option enabled in general settings -> ordering.... https://docs.whmcs.com/Ordering_Tab#Block_Existing_Domains Quote Enabling prevents visitors mistakenly or maliciously ordering a new product with a domain name that is already pending, active or suspended in your system. that error message is saying that there is already an order using that domain in your database. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

WHK Posted July 28, 2021 Share Posted July 28, 2021 Hello, I tried the two solutions above. But I still get the error. Error comes about when I'm accepting a new order. Says Running Module Create on Accept Pending Order then Module Create Failed - Service ID: 106 - Error: (XID dqt7t8) The domain “example.com” already exists in the userdata. This is the what I get on the activity logs. The domain registration is sent t the registrar and the cpanel account is setup but the order remains as pending.
