Stripe Module Gives Template Changes Error despite all changes having been implemented.

Hi All,

I'm struggling a little with this one. My stripe module for host-gb.com is giving the "Required Template Changes Not Found" error. I have been through the GitHub template changes and ensured all are present for both my theme files and for standard cart order form yet still the error persists and attempts to use the plugin result in user receiving the error "Remote Transaction Failure. Please Contact Support". So far I have tried;

  • Removing and reinstalling Stripe module
  • Checked that order form is set to Standard Cart
  • Re uploaded latest files for Standard Cart template

Current install details;

WHMCS Version: 7.9.1

PHP Version: 7.2

WHMCS Theme: AceHost

Order Form Theme: Standard Cart

Payment Gateways: Primary - Stripe

                                              Secondary - Paypal Basic

Does anyone have any ideas what else I could try?

Thanks,

Jon

have you tried contacting ThemeChilly considering it's their template ?

the problem you may have is that their site says that the free template is only compatible upto v7.7.1 - so ideally, you should have checked with them for an updated template before upgrading WHMCS.

if you say it works fine with Six, then it could well be an updated ks issue - but TC will be the better people for dealing with this issue.
