Evolve Web Hosting
Seeing this error in a customers log under their profile. What does it mean? Unable to build route path for password-reset-email-prompt This happened after they reset their account password. WHMCS v7.8.3 and PHP 7.2

What does it mean? in v7.8, the password reset templates in Six were replaced - the two old pwreset templates were emptied/removed and replaced with four new templates... one of which is password-reset-email-prompt .tpl as you're using a custom theme, I would assume that it doesn't currently include these new templates and so WHMCS is logging an error when it tries to use them - you could try copying the four password-reset templates from Six to your custom template folder and see if that fixes the issue... their content might need to be tweaked to suit your theme.
