Please upgrade your license and try again. WHMCS ChrisD Posted December 30, 2019 Share Posted December 30, 2019 Hello Thomas, Thank you for your post. Could you confirm if this is happening on a cPanel Product? You can check your WHMCS license under Help > Check License Information. I was going to be my first client to test out the site to make sure everything was operational. i used an old email address i have and my phone so the ip address was different than what i normally use. i purchased the server and then logged in on my pc to make sure everything was working and that's the error it gave me in the whmcs 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
