Hello,

I have tried all the solutions and documentation on howto fix my WHMCS but still having a problem with Cron, I asked for help from someone he added another issue of insecure permissions! Any support including a video support will be very helpful. This is the message:

Needing Attention
Insecure Permissions Check

Your configuration file is writable. This can be a security risk. We recommend setting the permissions to read only.

You can learn more about this in our documentation.
System Cron Tasks

The system cron does not appear to have completed successfully within the last 24 hours. Check your activity logs or learn more about enabling the cron in our documentation.

 Warnings
Cron PHP Version Mismatch
Your environment appears to be running a different PHP version (7.3.9) for the System Cron than the currently loaded PHP version (7.3.11). This may cause issues running your System Cron.
Using Default Templates

We have detected that your WHMCS installation is currently using the default template names for one or more of the active templates. If you have made any customisations, we strongly recommend creating a custom template directory to avoid losing your customisations the next time you upgrade.

You are currently using a default template in the following locations:

  • Cart
  • Client Area

Please review our documentation on making a custom theme for help doing this.

This needs to be set to the permissions of 0400 or similar

Have you setup your cron in the Control Panel?  You'll find the path under Setup > Automation Settings in WHMCS

This is something your server administrator will need to address, it seems that the server is using PHP 7.3.9 however your local account is set to 7.3.11
