Can't see SSL, Weebly, Code Guard and SiteLock in my store

I have activated digicert, weebly, code guard, sitelock and email security. I have also deposited some funds into my account. When I login to my WHMCS, I can see the funds I deposited. So my WHMCS is aligned with my WHMCS web account which is great.

What is not so great is that these products are not showing on my site. Products store is empty. I can go as far as a faulty page withe following message: "Configure Product - Store".  I've done all to find the solution but can get anywhere.

However when I copy the product link direct from my WHMCS environment under products/services, I can access the product page. For example: https://www.webhosters.co.za/client/cart.php?gid=7 . When I click the order button, I get an empty store. For example: https://www.webhosters.co.za/client/index.php?rp=/store/order&pid=98

What might be the issue? Why can't I see products in the store?

I have emailed support but unfortunately no one is attending to my query. It was easy for these guys to accept my money and now they are not able to provide answers.

Hope I'd get some help on the community.

Regards,

Malesela

@MaleselaMahapa can you please let me know the ticket number you have opened with support so I can locate it and see why it's not been answered yet, we're replying in around 12 hours at the moment.

In regards to the issue, when going to the provided link I do see an empty cart however, if I add &systpl=six to the end then I see the weebly popup display, this seems to indicate that your custom template has not been updated to work with MarketConnect, i'd recommend working with your developer to implement these changes, we do publish template changes made to the Six & Standard Cart templates with each release in the release nots https://docs.whmcs.com/Version_7.8.0_Release_Notes#Template_Changes
