netnow
Hi all, I apologize if this is covered somewhere else, but I can't find a concise answer. My 5 minute cron is running just fine, no problems there. When I update the "Daily Task Run" to 10 PM. (its currently 7:30 AM EST) but the countdown (if you want to call it that?), on "Utilities -> System -> Automation Status" Still shows 5 hours. all my tests show that PHP and WHMCS are using correct time zone. So my question is, Will the "5 hours from now" indicator fix itself in 5 hours? or possibly at 10 PM EST tonight? Or is there somewhere I need to reset this? EDIT: Sorry, the subject may be misleading. The number IS updating (minus 1 hour for every hour that passes), but it is not correct relative to the time set. Currently reading 5 hours, should be reading 14 hours. -N Edited November 9, 2019 by netnow
netnow
Perhaps I have found an answer. The last Daily Job rn date/time appears to be stored in tblConfiguration Can they be safely edited? or will they reset tonight? -N
WHMCS ChrisD
@netnow the time under Setup > Automation Settings should show the Last Run Time of the cron, this includes the 5 minute cron, it should not show 5 hours from now, did this issue resolve itself after the 10pm run?
netnow
Yes Chris, the countdown for next daily run DID repair itself and I confirmed it set the 'last Run' time in the data correctly (EST). so all is well again. Thanks for the follow up! -N
