How to send invoice?

Hi Guys,

I’m a newbie.
Hopefully you guys can help me out here. I’m just starting out as a reseller and I’m running into a little thing by using whmcs.
I just synced over an account from DirectAdmin to whmcs. This account was created on 21-11-2018 in DirectAdmin.
This account has 4 domains which will expire on nov 22nd and they need to be renewed.
In what way can I have it set up that the customer will receive an invoice before the domain expires?
So the domains can be paid for and renewed.
Also another thing. The package that was synced over has the registration period of 21-11-2018.
Now I can fill in the first payment amount and the recurring amount, but it is not possible to fill in the next due date. This field is n/a. The registration period needs to be for 6 months.

What is the best thing to do here?

I hope you guys can help me out?

Greetings,

Ironman

you could manually create an invoice early by following the steps in the thread below...

if it's N/A, that implies that it has a one-time billing cycle - if you change the cycle to semi-annually, does that allow you to set a NDD ?
