Hi all

I have successfully installed addon and configured properly according to the documents provided

the concern is that when i am trying to create new cloud from whmcs , the following error facing

Hi @bpareek9694

The error you are seeing is being returned by the module (ProxMoxCloud in your case) it indicates that the username "nexacloud_21" is already in use on the server, you would need to either remove the existing account that uses the username nexacloud_21 from ProxMoxCloud or change the username of the account you are trying to provision in WHMCS to something else such as "nexacloud_22" save and then create.

this issue are resolve, 

But when client are create VPS, which cannot reflected on Proxmox UI.

and client side will shown

on order accepting it is not creating machine in proxmox

and when i can trying to create it on order detail page

throwing the following error
