Raw Output When Sending Emails

Hi all, I'm relatively new to WHMCS. I'm currently in the midst of customing the standard email message templates, but come across an issue.

When changing the template for the automated password reset email, I now get a raw server output log as an admin once I send an email to a user.

No idea why this is happening, and doesn't happen with other email templates of the same nature.

Has anyone come across this before?
