  1. Thanks for the guidance. If we were to look at doing this without disabling registration, how might you go about it with hooks?
  2. Hi all - looking for some help if this is currently possible in WHMCS.. If we were to have a set of optional fields (like billing address) during user registration, can we get these so that they're compulsory during the ordering of a product? Or in other words, we have some custom fields during registration, but WHMCS will prevent the user from creating a new order until they've provided certain additional fields. Like other sites, we want to provide the ability for customers to register (without bombarding them with input fields), understand how our portal works, and then make an order when they're ready. Hope this makes sense.
  3. Hi all, I'm relatively new to WHMCS. I'm currently in the midst of customing the standard email message templates, but come across an issue. When changing the template for the automated password reset email, I now get a raw server output log as an admin once I send an email to a user. No idea why this is happening, and doesn't happen with other email templates of the same nature. Has anyone come across this before?
  4. Welcome to WHMCS.Community LynxMukka! We're glad you're here please take some time to familiarise yourself with the Community Rules & Guidelines and take a moment to introduce yourself to other WHMCS.Community members in the Introduce Yourself Board.
